I have a mixed client base of international and domestic individual and entities, dealing with the whole range of residential property transactions including auctions, assignments, lease extensions and variations, sales of part, new build (acting for buyers) and site set-up work for developers. I enjoy advising on complex multi layered transactions and also report on unusual financing structures such as Islamic mortgages, seller rent-back and delayed payment. I am also responsible for monitoring and overall management of Risk and Compliance within the firm.
I specialise in Corporate and Commercial work, including commercial contracts business sales and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. My practice also involves working closely with other advisers in the setup of business structures and in finding succession and exit strategies for shareholders and partners. Working closely with our Commercial Property Department is key to success on land development, in areas of corporate structures, and funding advice and with our new build residential sales advising overseas clients on these types of purchase.
I am part of the Residential Development Conveyancing team, dealing mainly with the purchases of new-build properties working with a wide range of developers. My work also includes working on sales, assignments and re-mortgages. With proven experience with overseas banks and clients, company clients, as well as Help to Buy here in the UK, I am part of a team that is as flexible as it is efficient, anticipating problems before they occur, meaning we can provide a smooth transaction for clients. I am also fluent in Russian, which is of assistance to our Russian speaking clients.
