Having worked at Scott Fowler for 15 years, my role has always been within the accounts team. I joined as a senior legal cashier and have progressed to become the Office Accountant. I am currently studying with the AAT. Day to day I am responsible for meeting compliance standards with SAR and reconciling all office banking transactions. Key aspects of my role also include, accurate reporting to the senior management team, the maintenance and control of the companies purchase ledger ensuring all invoices’ are processed in timely manner. I am also responsible for inputting payroll.

Having exclusively practiced in commercial property since qualification in 2003, I have dealt with a huge variety of matters and specialise in complex and high value transactions. My experience enables me to highlight and resolve challenging title matters, negotiate complex legal documentation and means that I understand transactions from a commercial perspective, as well as a legal one. I am committed to concluding transactions for my clients on time, on budget and with all key issues covered.
As a Legal Assistant at Scott Fowler, I currently work within the Residential Property Department on local residential matters. I assist my senior colleagues with residential conveyancing transactions and provide quotations to prospective clients. I am also pleased to provide our clients, together with estate agents and other intermediaries, with regular updates and support throughout their transaction. Having gained valuable experience at Scott Fowler, in the residential property arena, I am keen to work towards becoming a Licensed Conveyancer.
