Lease Extensions

Tenants with long residential leases have a right to extend the term of their lease when certain circumstances apply pursuant to the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, as amended (LRHUDA), we can act for either the landlord or the tenant in preparing drafting and serving the various time sensitive notices.

Applications to First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and the Upper Tribunal
